Sotomar

Sotomar is a collection of contemporary villas designed around privacy, generous living spaces and a strong connection between the home and its outdoor areas. The architecture combines clean lines with natural stone and wood, while large openings bring natural light into the interiors and create a seamless transition towards the private gardens and pool.

Each villa is arranged across several levels, with carefully considered interiors and a specification that includes aerothermal technology, zoned air conditioning, underfloor heating on the main floors, home automation and a private lift. Kitchens are fitted with custom Modulnova cabinetry and Miele appliances or equivalent, while natural walnut, large-format porcelain and travertine are used throughout the bathrooms and finishes.

Outdoor living is an important part of the design, with landscaped private gardens, saltwater swimming pools and a solarium conceived as an additional living space. Pre-installations for an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam allow each home to be further adapted to the way its owners want to live.

Technology is integrated throughout the villas, bringing lighting, climate and security controls together within a central home automation system. From the materials and landscaping to the technical specification, Sotomar has been designed as a contemporary residential concept where architecture, comfort and everyday functionality work naturally together.
